Sliders are a great tool to get in a killer full body workout. And if you don’t have sliders, grab a towel to use on hardwood floors or even paper plates to use on carpet! For a killer blast, set a timer for 45 seconds per move (or per side) and complete as many reps in that time of each exercise as you can.
