I upgraded to Windows 10 in the last week. Before this, I had no issues addressing a COM port in the Arduino IDE. After the upgrade the IDE reports a 'no serial port name defined' whenever I select the Serial Monitor. In the COM port selection, as well as the status bar I see COM11 followed by 10 or more garbage characters. I use Teensy 3.1 and ...
